Questions
What's the catch?
There isn't one yet. cmdline is early and we want people using it more than we want their money. Everything is on, and there's no trial clock running out.
Will it stay free?
No — at some point cmdline will charge, because it has to run somewhere. When that happens we'll tell you well before it takes effect. You will never be billed by surprise, and nothing you've set up will stop working without warning.
Do I need a card?
No. There's no checkout, no card on file, and nothing to cancel.
Are there limits?
Two, and they're about cost rather than upsell: checks run at one-minute intervals, and history is kept for 90 days. Everything else is unlimited.
Why no per-seat pricing?
Per-seat punishes the thing we actually want — your team, and its agents, using the backend. Whenever pricing does arrive it'll be per org and flat, so a 3-person team pays what a 30-person team pays.
